BURN: THE SWAT WORKOUT

Burn:S.W.A.T
Not your traditional Boot camp workout.
Special Weapons And Tactics combines blocks of fat shredding cardio, intense muscle sculpting using traditional gym equipment in a nontraditional way.  SWAT gives a results driven experience that is designed for all fitness levels from beginner to athlete.

BURN: THE STEP WORKOUT

The Step Reinvention. BURN: Step is the  high-energy workout that uses  a height-adjustable step and simple athletic movements. Cardio block Intervals mixed with body burning sculpting blocks make this class THE fat burning, body sculpting experience. If you want Rapid Results, come BURN:  This class is for all fitness levels from beginner to athlete.
